How Our QA Program Sets Us Apart
In this video National Field Services Environment, Health and Safety Manager Steve Newton talks about our Quality Assurance (QA) program and why it is the best in the electrical testing industry.
The QA program is built upon the foundation of developing engineering technicians. This is done by training our technicians to have an engineering mindset and giving them a very methodical, systematic approach to electrical testing.
Steve speaks about why we utilize engineering technicians, as well as the core of our QA program: integrity. All our employees are encouraged to be honest and forthcoming about any mistakes they make, and to notify someone who can help fix the problem quickly, with minimum impact to the customer.
National Field Services believes in doing the right thing for our customers. Human beings make mistakes, but National is transparent about those mistakes and promptly fixes them, regardless of the impact to our bottom line. Additionally, we document the mistakes and put mechanisms in place to prevent them from happening again.
